complimentary drinks rooftop space
i loved the complimentary drinks. they served dim sum that was superb. the aviary bar and rooftop space was beautiful on a summers evening. the location next to liverpool street was great.
the taxi ordering was a problem. the staff did not want to order a taxi. it became a bit silly on a couple of occasions.

excellent shower breakfast buffet cardio machines
My room featured an excellent shower with good water pressure. The breakfast buffet included many choices and fresh options. I also used the gym. It has several cardio machines and free weights.
The elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours.

The room was clean. The location was handy with Liverpool Street Station close by
The leisure facilities were closed and this information should have been clear before I booked. I also paid for the executive level. It was cramped beside reception. People who had not paid for it were also getting free snacks and drinks. That was not good.

The rooftop bar was okay. The ground floor staff seemed alright.
The concierge was mostly absent. I lost time because the room door stopped working. The perfume smell at reception was too much.

breakfast was good at the rooftop restaurant.
The pool policy is bad as they DO NOT allow children. rooms HAVE carpet. It was dirty AND it smelled. staff was NOT helpful when a drain overflowed during my first shower.
